My sister and I don't always agree or see things eye to eye, but when it counts, we are there for each other. Family is stronger than anything and family is what counts. I am so proud of Janeen and glad to be her big brother. I knew she would come out of this ordeal fine. Stronger and better. She is one of the strongest people I know. To be honest, I do not know if I could do it. For I still have to be tested myself. Am I scared? Yes. I'd be lying to say I wasn't. But I will get the test soon as I promised them both.
Janeen is going better than expected and continues to get stronger each day. During this ordeal, I have been able to spend more time with my nephew and get to see him more regularly. It warms my heart to hear him say "Where's Uncle D? Uncle D home yet?"
Although running a business full time is tough, I've been coming home on weekends to my new house and helping out where I can. Cooking....babysitting.....playing with Jack......running errands.......anything. Sometimes I think its not enough. But I try.
I LOVE MY SISTER VERY MUCH and I hope she knows that. You will get through this and its nice to see you getting stronger each day even though I know some days just suck.
THANK YOU to everyone who has supported my family and will continue to support them. It means the world to use. For new and old friends, thank you. To family members, THANK YOU. We could not have done it without GrandMoe and Bobo's help.
I LOVE YOU JANEEN.
